Return policy

• You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded through our online store within 14 days of receiving the product(s).

• To withdraw, you must return the item. Please contact us via email at info@mammucouture.com stating the reasons for the return, your order number and your preference for a refund or exchange. Upon receipt of your email, we will send you specific instructions for returning the product(s).

• Please note that you will pay all costs associated with the return (e.g. postage).

• If the product is made specifically according to your wishes and/or measurements, this product cannot be returned.

• Products purchased by a legal person/corporation cannot be returned.

• Products to be returned must be unworn and undamaged.

• We will return the money within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
